Warranty Returns
Duo operate a 'no quibbles' forward replacement warranty on ALL product deemed defective.
No need to fill in any forms, (but if you like to keep a paper trail) then download and email back to sales@duo.net.au below RA Request PDF. Alternatively, you can simply email sales@duo.net.au requesting RA number. You will need to provide reason for return, product to be replaced, and replacement delivery address. As easy as that!
We also welcome your phone call - call us and it will be handled over the telephone.
Duo will issue an RA number for returns. The only thing we do ask, is product be returned no longer than 14 days from date of issued RA number from Duo.
